Teacher Information

Pepe’ has been dancing for 28 years and teaching for 18. She began her studies under the direction of Dorinda Gustke, owner/director of Dorinda’s Dance Studio in Merrill, WI. Pepe’s additional teaching experience includes the Eau Claire School of Dance, Mirror Image Dance Academy, and Memorial High School Junior Varsity Dance Team.

Pepe’ has both danced and taught in Switzerland and was chosen for two performing groups including the Formations Tanzgruppe, and the DJ Bobo Dance Club. With these groups she performed in several major events including infomercials, a performance for the Swiss Parliament, and a live television performance with DJ Bobo.

Some of her proudest accomplishments include teaching many winning students in numerous contests and events including the Citrus Bowl, Orange Bowl, and Pro Bowl halftime shows, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and several Disney New Years Extravaganzas.

In order to keep up with the current dance styles, Pepe’ continues to attend several dance conventions and competitions each year. Some events she has attended in the past include Tremaine, L.A. Dance Force, L.A. Underground, Just for Kix, Showstoppers, Dance Magic, and Thunderstruck, to name a few. She has trained under many professionals including Paula Abdul, Chris Judd, Joe Tremaine, Liz Imperio, Wade Robson, Mia Michaels, Luam, Tyce Diorio, Gio, and Laurie Ann Gibson.
